Two TO247s on one heatsink

Hi,
We are going to put two TO247 fets either side of this heatsink. (F series)..
(130w OFFLINE 2TRAN FWD)


Reckon its cheaper overall than two TO220 FETs since they need the leg bending kit to get the clearance between D and S.
Do you think we have a good ploy?. The collar and heat pad are extra expense, but the leg bending is more labour intensive, which is what you get with TO220's.

Do you know why the 626-10ABP heatsink on page 17 is for TO220 and not TO247?
Its wide enough for TO247. And the hole is high enough for TO247.

Notch width E from the datasheet specifies 13.7mm, whereas the corresponding TO247 (based on IRFP250N datasheet) is 15.9mm. Seems the cutout isn't wide enough.
