How to design a two stage opamp with the following specifications?

1.Gain =1000
2.Input reffered offset = 5 to 10µv
3.Phase margin=above 60dB

give me the complete design process

Usually you would need more specs like what is the supply voltage minimum and what is your process threshold voltage. Should the compensation be internal or should the output pole be dominant (if it drives capacitive loads). Input common mode range? Output swing? Differential or single ended output? Output drive capability?
Knowing these you can make a better choice on a topology like simple differential first stage or a folded cascode and on a output stage. Then you can start the process.
