I downloaded a Cadence 5141 from internet and installed in my pc. Then I run a simulation on an analog subthreshold circuit. I found the simulation results have a big difference from those I got using Cadence 5141 in my university. For example, the current consumption i got at home is 300pA, but the one I got in the university is 1.3nA. Each node voltage also has a big difference. Well, I only installed the Cadence base 3 CD, but I use the same model files and same circuit. I don't know what is wrong? Why there is such a big difference? I don't know which results I should trust? Anyone could give me some suggestions? Many thanks!
