I want to interface CMOS camera TCM8230 MD with AT91SAM7S256 using twi interface. I am a beginner at this. I am using Keil C to code. I don't understand the concept of using shift operators. Please can I have a look at some example code for above Atmel?

Any help will be much appreciated
