TVS forward diode characteristics?

Hi,
Has a 1.5KE200A TVS (unidirectional) got "normal" diode characteristics in the forward direction?.....or does it have a high forward recovery time...eg, it takes much time (100's of nanoseconds) after Vf is applied before current flows?
