Turning on and off an RF switch with 0.6v coming out of a piezo

I am trying to turn on and off and RF switch with a pulse of 0.6v peaks (freq=1hz) . what component should i use to make and break the connection with just 0.6v peaks.

electronics works with: voltage, current frequency ... and other specifications.
