I want to simulate iii nitride based tunnel fet in atlas using these models
Self consistent poisson solver
Incomplete ionization
Radiative recombination
Wkb tunneling
Can anyone please help as to wat models from silvaco atlas i shall use?
I m getting the errors like, bias step , convergence, cannot trap. I hv used minimum meshing.
Please help
