Tsmc90 technology for sonnet

hi all,
i am looking for some detail writing on tsmc90 technology, preferably sonnet library file, if possible.
hope someone would have something to help me.

Hello FARABi,

Are you looking for Sonnet software em simulator library tech file...
If so there is no need of a file...If you know the dielectric layer stackup say thickness or height & dielectric constant and Conductor material properties say conductivity & thickness...
You can easily create the the same in Sonnet for TSMC90 Technology...

for example see the below mentioned document which explains in detail...

Hi manju,
the number of tsmc90nm technology's layer is more than 40, is there any good idea to build a lib to use in the sonnet ?For example ,export the layer or substract information from cadence or the technology file To sonnet ,and this can aviod to build so much layer in sonnet

Also Sonnet can import the technology data from an existing cadence Assura "procfile"...
