hspice npn

I found some problems in my simulation.Lots of parameters are not defined in the lib such as ISA.REA……I doubt it is related to the area.Who have the accurate model?Bye the way,I can't find the capacitor model in the lib,what should I do,if I must use the capacitor?Use MOS capacitor?

Capacitor don't have to have a model. Just calculate the capacitance according the area and perimeter.

hello,
this is a useful library for hspice. hope it to be useful.
 
Mos cap is voltage dependence, so it is nonlinear cap,considering this before using it.
