Hi, all,

TSMC won't provide 0.13um CMOS ESD library, is that true?
if so, then where to get a library for the I/O PADs?

Thanks in advance,
abcyin

E.g. from Virage:

seems that virago is acquired by synopsys, and now from the website I couldn't find a corresponding IO lib for TSMC 0.13um. so is there any other company providing such IP?

Thanks in advance
