Search on MOSIS. You will find it. Else download the CDK from NCSU. You will find all models in that design kit.

This is the site as far as I know....search the folders. You will find the model files.

it is the same model. however, it only typical model. no corner model. the typical model they extract it from specific wafer. you can see the wafer no in the model.
