Hi All,

Does any body know where i can get T*MC 0.18um design kit for A*ilent ADS. I used it a year ago and it makes life a lot easier. Unfortunately i dont have a copy of it.

ads design kit example

Help, I installed the design kit under ads(windows) , copy 018rf.net mm018.net resistor.net to the Circuit\MasterModels folder of the design kit, excute errata_dos.bat and prefix_dos.bat , but when I simulate circuit ADS reports error as following:

Is my .net library version incorrect, or I have done wrong operation?
Could anybody help me?

In this ADS Design Kit, there is a file: mm018_dk.net. In this file

There are 12 different models for the same device:

Different corners maybe? Just a guess. Did you choose any model just to see if it would run?
