Hello,
I need to design a voltage regulator for the term project of an Analog IC course. The input voltage of the regulator should be 8V and the output voltage should be selected between 3V and 5V by external resistors. I found that TSMC 0.35um HV process can withstand 8V supply voltage. I will first simulate the regulator circuit in LTSpice and finalize the design in Cadence. Can anyone help me to obtain a .lib file for this process to be used in LTSpice? Besides any suggestions related to linear voltage regulator design will be highly appreciated.
