Trying to identify a IC SOT23-5 the marking is "C665".

Probably IC must be digital pototiometer.

I have got maximum in C series to C61. How many pins it has ? Any prefix on the PCB where it is used ?
 

it has 5 pins. it is used at the feedback of a omamp.
