Trying to find through hole parts for...

I am trying to find through hole parts for the following:

NPN Transitor BC817-16L
Small Signal Diode BAS16
Transil Diode SMA6J5.0A

About the closest fit I can find for the BAS16 is either a 1N914 or 1N4148 unless someone can put me on to something that is a better fit.

I've been looking for parametric search systems to locate the alternate parts but have not had much luck.

Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

BC817 = BC337
BAS16 is almost identical to the 1N914/1N4148
SMA6J5.0A can be replaced with SA5V0A.

All in current production.

Thank you very much, I've managed to locate the first two no problems and have found that Element14 has the SA5V0A but oddly not in New Zealand only in the U.K, I've added the U.K part number here and it lets me do it although it wont let me view the part in New Zealand.
I suppose I'll just have to try buying it and see what happens.
