Hi.
I am curious about IBM TrueNorth chip. Is it commercially available? I found some research groups used IBM NS1E board for it. But after searching I did not get much information about it. If anyone can share a link to this board's details it would be a great help. Is there any other evaluation board that contains TrueNorth chip?
