Is there any difference between triple n well process & deep n well process.

Triple n-well processes deep nwell.
The structure has three wells :
1.pwell(p-substrate)
2.nwell
3.pwell inside deep nwell.

it is the same thing.
Triple well is the name of the process, and the deep n-well is what you use in that process to accomplish a triple well.
