Try to put a resistor across gate and A1 (as @FvM has suggested).
 

First of all, thank you for helps and comments. I changed the circuit like this. I'm testing it now and it looks working properly. If you have any suggestion, please inform me.

 

Do you have any suggestion for this circuit ? I will go to pre production.
