Transulation tools for library

Is there any tool which can convert the library files of orcad to design capture?

like E-Studio which can be used for conversion between

EDIF;
EdaXML;
Cadence OrCAD Capture;
Viewlogic ViewDraw Databases;
XDB binary format;
Mentor Design Architect;
Spice Netlist;
Verilog;
VHDL;
ConceptHDL;
Cohesion.

Orcad Capture and Design Capture both understands EDIF. So I guess you can export EDIF from orcad capture end import it in design capture.

But i could not find a import feature for the file type EDIF in wg2004

Every PCB translation I've seen so far except one are pants. Importing an Orcad project into Protel works very well. Do not expect too much.
