Transmission of data received through serial port in zigbee to another zigbee

HELLO,
I am making a project in which i transmit data serially from a microcontroller (AT89S52) To a zigbee (TARANGF4 SERIES). Now if i want to transmit this data to another zigbee (tarangf4) ,how do i do it.
Baud rate
microcontroller :9637 (timer 2 in 8 bit var baud rate mode)
zigbee :9600

data is a simple ascii character(s)
