transmission line in simulink

I designed a pulse power system for supplying a plasma load in simulink of mathlab
in my circuit I need to insert a transmission line,when I insert transmission line,I can't connect transmission line to my circuit
in help of transmission line I read: To use this block, you must install DSP System Toolbox software. For more information, see the SimRF release notes.
I want to know what it mean?
