translate/import from pcad/pads to orcad/allegro

pcad to allegro

Dear all,
One of our company bussiness unit have the following.

"The existing schematic databases are in PCAD and the pcb databases are in Pads PCB."
they want me to do a redesign.
But I have the design tool, orcad schematic and layout plus and Allegro tools.

Is there any way to translate /import the PCAD/pads files to orcad/allegro and do the work?

incase if this topic is already discussed, can anybody direct me to that.

I think you have to export file *.asc from PadLogic, after that import to Allegro

You can export PADS pcb file in ASCII format & import it in Allegro tools.
