Transition Frequency of ECC83 triodes - does anyone have Experimental results?

If you do, please tell me what fT you measured vs what anode voltage.

I have not tested ECC83 at a high frequency but ECC 81 being similar can oscillate at more than 500 MHz. I never tried to vary the anode voltage, so you should run a test.

It seems spice models of many tubes (also ECC83) are available at the following link:

You can simulate the frequency behaviour. However I didn't try these models and I don't if they work properly
