what specifically do you want to know ? they are easy to build, follow the
basic idea of the more usual rectangular transition.
do you have a specific freq in mind ?

freq: 10.7-11.7 GHz, diameter circ.wav.: 18 mm, required matching <-30 dB

Just search " cantenna" in google.com
you will find many articles & theories.
The distance of the probe to be places, length of the probe etc.
