transistors questions

Does the body effect limit the number of transistors that can be placed in series in a CMOS gate at low frequencies. Please explain

You need long CMOS and place the number of cmos in series? yes?

Hi,
As transistors are placed in series, the threshold voltage of transistors increases. And theoritically at one point the threshold voltage will be so high that the transistor will go into cutoff
