what is mean by Ton and Toff time of a photo transistor?
what is forward current of LED?

Hi
the forward current of LED is the required amount of current to make LED emitt light (in forward direction of course) and it varies from LED to another

Hi,
In a normal transistor the ton and toff are specified as time required for the transistor to turn on and off respectively. So I think that for a photo transistor ton here means that when enough light falls on the transistor, the time required to turn on and toff means the time taken to turn the transistor off once not enough light is there to turn the transistor on.
The forward current of the LED refers to the minimum current required to make a LED light (in forward bias).

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.
