SRAM Design in 180nm

how does the 6T-SRAM transistor sizing equations change when SRAM is implemented in 180nm. You know that the velocity saturation change the current equations in saturation. I am talking about the linear dependence of ID on VGS. so I wanted to know more about this subject if anyone can help
