Hi!
I need to measure the transistor's on impedance (NOT resistance) versus its size.
I am using cadence Viruotso.
The transistor is from the PRIMLIB library.
I am looking for a circuit to do that.
I do not want to use the the "sweep" capability in cadence simulation environment.
Any help or idea!!!???
Regards

what is the purpose of calculating impedance...i guess ul need to do a signal phase plot + on resistance calculation to reach impedance value...
