Battery is cut off by deep discharge protection circuit. Now to reset the system I need to short circuit the battery and charger positive terminals, on receiving a initial pulse from charger. On this pulse I need to make a path between charger and battery.

have a look at my circuit

plz tell me how can i short circuit the path using transistor.

Your circuit is not going to work the way you hope.

The 2N2222 transistor is designed for small current only.

Yet it appears set up to carry total current from charger to battery.

If you force it to carry more than a fraction of an amp, it will fry.

yeah its not 2n2222a , instead its BD139 NPN transistor ( med power )
problem is on getting a pulse in this arrangement circuit is not working

On to another aspect of your hookup.

What is battery voltage after the deep discharge protection activates?
I think it's less than the charger, right?

Then your transistor needs to be turned around.
