Guys, i have a problem. I want to design a read-out circuit of MEMS-Gyroscope. the circuit will be realized from discrete components. the problem is output from MEMS-gyro is current with nano-scale. so i want to convert it into voltage scale. anybody knows what opamp i have to use? ( with low noise).
thank you..

A resistor device implements that requirements ( Input=current / Output=voltage ).
You - of course - should connect it at an Operational Amplifier at Buffer topology, in order to eliminate the load effect.

switched capacitor opamp? I know some 0.1uA opamp, but nano-scale current, the thermal noise of capacitor and resistor ...

Parameters that must be known for a serious discussion:
- signal frequency and magnitude
- source impedance
- intended signal-to-noise ratio
- other constraints (if any) like supply voltage and current consumption, size
