I am designing a single ended wide band transimpedance amplifier for up to 2.5Ghz. does any body have a good suggestion for an output stage that is to be terminated across a 50 ohm resistor or acorss a series 1F cap and a 50 ohm resistor that wont severely kill my gain and bandwidth.

Thanks
