Hi i am Ankit and i am designing a transimpedance amplifier for gainbandwidth of 20 MHz.
I am finding it difficult to decide the value of decoupling capacitor i know the functionality of it but there is no understandable way of calculation is available online.

Most of the research paper or online post suggest that general range for decoupling capacitor is 1microfarad to 100microfarad but if i use a value between this range the output drops to -ve gain range but i just used a value of 1pF and the output is perfect now.

Could you please help me understand how to calculate the value of decoupling capacitor.
