Hi, The controller(89lpc938) current in total power down mode mentioned in datasheet is 5-10 micro-amps.
But i am getting around 90 micro-amps. I don't know what is the reason , but i certainly want to reduce it.
I am using internal crystal of 7.37M Hz. Is this is the reason ????Nothing is mentioned in datasheet about internal crystal....

Guys just help me out...

Maybe you can check the leakage current on the PC board. Clean it first.

Thanks for reply, but there is no leakage current.
