toshiba m 200 stucking

I have a Toshiba Satelite M200 laptop when i Power on it after sometime it hangs and screen is aslo scrachy and blur type. i have change its Ram, H.d.d and dvd rom also but problem same.
please help me. I really like this laptop, I request to you please tell the sollution.pl.....
