[SOLVED] top853 can not detect in USB

Hello,

I have purchased new TOP853 but cant detect in usb port.

Software is successfully installed

What should i do?

Please help me

If it is really new, contact your dealer from where you bought it, and he should help you out for the price you paid. In general see wether any drivers need to be installed. Or the device detects nothing? (No popups of the detection?)

Everything is fine with restart of PC (top853 is already connected before restarting of PC)
