Tools Bars in Virtusso not there?

How come the tools bars arnt showing????
Only 2-3 menus as well


cant do anything
this was after installing the NCSU kit, i dono didnt try virtusoo before

Did u try the user preference in the CIW?

licence server is running, cadence is loading OK

what user preference, please be more specific.
I will post my env variable for you to take a look.

Also the parts manager is messed up,iam unable to place parts after intalling this NCSU kit. there coloums missing.

check if license is ok, if so then check if license server is up or not.
u can do that in ciw by license check from third menu from left!!!
some tools like layout editor will not permit edition in icms and thus u will see only some options of the tool bar.

There is a "options" in the menu of CIW. Under the options, choose the "user preferences". There is an Icon bar, and make sure the "None" is not selected.

I am not familar with the NCSU kit, and is only a user of virtuoso.
Maybe others who are more experience can give your better advice.
