Widely use to synthesize hardware description language
t include all the FPGA family
It can be used to generate power, area, delay, result of any hardware design

You say synthesis and then you say "all FPGA families". That is not possible. A tool will support only one kind of FPGA. You can use ISE for xilinx devices and quartus for altera devices. Both of them support the complete flow.

Only true if you are referring to a vendor's own FPGA tool chain.

Synplify Pro will work for "ALL" FPGA families that I've run across (Xilinx, Altera, Microsemi (formerly Actel, they use it as their synth tool), not sure about Lattice) though admittedly the last time I used it was about 3 years ago.
