tool to do liberty comparison .

Can anyone give me some tool which will compare two liberty files(NLDM/CCS/ECSM) and give me what is the difference in structure.
Any suggestions to do the same will be appreciated

There is no tool available to get difference between 2 liberty files.
 

Is there some other way if not tools to do the same?
