hello,

please compare to PCB eatching method with below points:
1)which is better?
2)which method is fast for max 5 PCB eatch?
3)cost?
4)quality?
5)can we do double layer?

if anybody have UV light circuit design please share?

hello,

1) the quality in UV exposure method is superior to tonner transfer method.
2) tonner transfer method is faster.
3) tonner transfer is cheaper than UV exposer.
4) UV exposure method yields better quality.
5) doublesided is possible if you have copper on both sides.

professional looking PCB can be achieved by both. BUT the main factor is practice and Patience.
Hope this clears yuur doubt.

UV uses a single master which you can use to make many copies. The toner method destroys the paper image when it is used although you can of course print more copies.
UV will give consistent results, the toner method may vary according to the toner quality, print density and factors such a moisture content of the paper and temperature you use to make the transfer.

I have tried both methods, including using special toner transfer film and find UV works best every time.

Brian.
