To what is led centre pad connected?..anode or cathode?

Hi,
Do you know to what is connected the middle pad of this LED, anode or cathode, -datasheet doesn’t say?

Hi,

I assume the pad you are reffering to is the middle one, between anode and cathode shown on page 10.
This should be a themal pad, and should therefore be connected to a copper plane which has a low thermal resistance. This might be your GND plane and if your cathode is also connected to GND, this two pads can be directly connected.

Hi,

first page of datasheet says: "• electrically neutral thermal path".

In my eyes this says it is electrically isolated...
