Does Scanworks provide best-in-class result for PCB interconnect testing?
Or other companies have best SW?
Do you use hardware accelerators (PCI-100, PCI-400) from Asset Intertech?
How much Scanworks cost?

It is difficult to compare without trying all of them ;-) You can read Test&Measurement magazine, sometime they write reviews.

As to PCB interconnect testing with JTAG - it is quite obviuos task from theoretical point of view, therefore I'm pretty sure you can get the same quality of results from all companies. So, add also Goepel Electronics (www.goepel.com), JTAG Technologies (www.jtag.com), and Corelis (www.corelis.com) to your list.

You should contact them directly concerning prices. They vary from some thousands to tens of thousands dollars - that's from my experience some years ago.

Hi,

Scanworks is costly.....its PCI100 along with Pin level diagnostic tool costs...around $35K and the license is limited to One user......

as compare to scanworks......Corelis is good tool.....
you can increase the test coverage in Corelis....by analyzing the coverage and writing the scripts....
it is good tool
