To Add TSMC 180nm to Cadence

Dear Scholars
How to include TSMC 180nm technology file in Cadence to use in Spectre, Assura and etc? plz help me.

To be able to run these tools you'll have to install the TSMC 180nm PDK. Depending on where you are (working), you can get this PDK e.g. from MOSIS, from NCSU or from one of the European distributors like Europractice or Fraunhofer IIS.

I mean that I have the said PDK, but I dont know how to add this to Cadence.

AFAIR the PDK contains docu on how to do this.

There have been already several questions on this subject in this forum. You could try and search for them.
