TO 39 manufacturer question

Hi
We have worked out some kind of gas sensor, but now I have problem with case. I have figured out to put it in 4 lead TO 39 can, but in fact I have no idea where to buy empty cans, in volume smaller than tons. Google gives milions of transistors as result... Do you have any idea?

Otherwise I think you make have to get a metal shop to machine you a few.
