TMS320C5xxx

I am starting a project name "MP3 recordable Equiment" I choose TI C5409 for this project . So do any one have MP3 encoder Algorithm

if you can choose one chip with usb port ,you can simple your task, maybe 5409 is not the best one in 5xxx.
