TL431 driving a P mosfet help

Solved. TL431 requires 1mA current to stabalise.
 

could you please give some more information.

as the circuit is a simulator type , please tell what is V1 and loads 1 and 2
in the real circuit.

when the mosfet is supposed to open .(...just before 9v ...
means at 8.9 , 8.8 ..etc?)

are you supplying the backup power from supercap ?

Added after 4 hours 52 minutes:

including a diode after the drain to load may help.

please check whether it is.
