I would like to know if an design works over a range of frquencies at what frquency should the timing closure be achieved. Also if a particular net is being acted upon by an number of clocks from various sources under different conditions what should be the constarint specification.

Typically u choose the mode which is most used (usally called mode independent) .... try closing ur design here then do a STA on all the modes and check if it is ok in all modes ... if u find that it does not work in a particular mode then u need to fix it . then again check in all modes ... :)
