Dear everyone,

As the title stated, I am currently designing an integrated patch antenna that receives the free-space signal.
Because of the simulation time spent on the time domain solver, I am hoping I can use the frequency domain solver instead which gives me a faster simulation. So my question is, should I expect the same result from both solvers?

I have tried to run both and see the differences, which are not giving me similar results, but some papers and seniors said it should be able to give similar results as long as they have the right mesh-cell refinement.

Kind regards,
J
