I am designing a micsrostrip line for THz band using HFSS. In order to be as accurate as possible, I need to take skin effect and Drude model of all metals into accont.

My question is: how can this be done on HFSS? What measures should I take, to verify HFSS solution contains skin effect and Drude model?

Thanks
