through via hole fabrication ?

is there any maual methode for through via hole fabrication
 

It is obtained through electrochemical deposition. That´s why it is difficult to obtain at home.

Added after 44 minutes:

Keystone sells some rivets for this purpose but they can´t be used in very small holes
