thermostate, can some one double check it please

Hey guys

I am designing a mini chiller for a pico reef of mine. It is being chilled by a 320W peltier device and I am going to build a circuit for it. None of the internet circuits seem valid for my situations. Could anyone help me double check it please? I'm still unsure about zener Diodes

All the npn transistors seems to be drawn upside down.( emitter = collector and vice versa)
Also the zener is upside down. (If you want to have 6v2 over your ptc)

Why plus from PSU is on the ground (if I properly read Graetz) ?

Draw this schematic diagram in some more readable angle and sign the poles !!!
